Block List

Setting Up Speed Dial Entries

1.

In Idle mode, press the Ph.book soft key to enter the Phonebook menu.

2.

Scroll to Speed dial by pressing the Up or Down Navigation key and press

the Select soft key or the

key.

3.

Use the Up or Down Navigation key to select the number key to which you

wish to assign the speed-dialing number.

4.

Select from the 2 to 9 keys, and press the Add soft key or the

key.

Note: Memory location 1 is reserved for your Voice mail server number and cannot be changed.

5.

Select from either the Contact list or the FDN list to choose a number for

assignment.

6.

Highlight the number you wish to assign the speed dial to and press the

Select soft key or the

key. The number is then assigned to speed dial

location.

Note: Memory location 1 is reserved for your Voice mail server number and this speed dial location can not

be changed. The voice server number can be altered via the Messages > Voice mail > Voice
server number
menu.

Block List

1.

In Idle mode, press the Ph.book soft key to enter the Phonebook menu.

2.

Select the Block list option by pressing the Up or Down Navigation key

and press the Select soft key or the

key.

3.

Press the Options soft key, press the Right Navigation key to go from the

Add new option and select a clock criteria from one the following
categories:

• Number: blocks a specific number.
• Contacts: blocks selected contact entries.
• Groups: block numbers associated witha specific caller Group
• FDN contacts: blocks selected FDN contact entries.
• Recent calls: blocks selected numbers which are selected from the recent calls

list.

• Unknown numbers: blocks incoming calls from unknown numbers.

4.

Press the Save soft key to add the selected number to your block list.
