Templates
Besides entering message text using the keypad keys, you can speed message
composition by including copies of stored text (Templates) in your message.
Text message templates
1. In Idle mode, press the Menu soft key to access Menu mode.
2. Highlight the Messages menu and press the Select soft key or the
key.
3. Highlight Templates and press the Select soft key or the key.
4. Scroll to Text message templates and press the Select soft key or the
key to view the current list of available text message templates.
5. Highlight the sentence you wish to insert into a message and then press
the Options soft key.
You can choose from ten predefined sentences that you can add to your
text message to save time.
6. Enter a recipient phone number or press the Options soft key and select
Add recipient message, then press the Select soft key or the key and
assign a recipient from either the: Recent contacts, Phonebook, My Album,
or My Journal lists.
7. Highlight the text field and either modify the current text or add it to using
the phone’s keyboard.
8. Press Send soft key to send the template.
Picture message Templates
1. In Idle mode, press the Menu soft key to access Menu mode.
2. Highlight the Messages menu and press the Select soft key or the
key.
3. Highlight Templates and press the Select soft key or the key.
4. Highlight Picture message templates and press the Select soft key or the
key.
5. Highlight a template type from the list (Birthday, Christmas, Congratulation,
Enjoy, or Love) and press the key. The picture template displays on the
screen.
