Wireless Utility
Before you continue, make sure that you have:
❏ Reviewed About Wireless Technology and LANs on page 42 for a
basic overview of WLANs.
❏ Installed the Wireless USB Adapter. See page 4 .
❏ Installed the device driver. See page 6 .
The next step on the Installation Task List (see page 3 ) is to install
the Adaptec Wireless Utility, a software application that helps you
configure your Wireless USB Adapter.
When the device driver installation is complete, Windows
automatically opens InstallShield, an installation wizard that will
help you install the Adaptec Wireless Utility.
To complete the software installation:
1 Click Next.
