Camera Settings Menu
The following items can be set in the camera settings menu:

Welcome screen
Allows you to select whether or not the welcome screen is
displayed when the camera is turned on.
Date and time
Allows you to set the camera clock.
Brightness
Allows you to adjust the brightness of the monitor.
Print date
Allows you to imprint the shooting date on images.
Electronic VR
Allows you to choose whether to use electronic VR (vibration
reduction) when taking still pictures.
AF assist
Allows you to enable and disable the AF-assist illuminator.
Format memory/
Format card
Allows you to format the internal memory or the memory card.
Language
Allows you to change the camera’s display language.
Menu background
Allows you to change the background used on the menu screen.
Video mode
Allows you to adjust TV-connection settings.
Reset all
Allows you to reset the camera’s settings to their default values.
Firmware version
Allows you to confirm the camera’s firmware version.
