Step 2 Select a Shooting Mode

Press the A button.
• The shooting mode selection menu, which
allows you to select the desired shooting
mode, is displayed.

Press the multi selector
H or I
to select a shooting mode.
• A (auto) mode is used in this example.
Select A Auto mode.

Press the k button.
• The camera switches to A (auto) mode and the A
icon is displayed.
• See “Shooting Mode” ( A6) in “The Monitor” for
information about the shooting mode screen.
• The shooting mode setting is saved when the camera
is turned off.
