Error messages
Error message Cause/Remedy
LO BATT Batteries are exhausted. Replace the old batteries with new
ones.

FULL ( flashes at the
same time)
The remaining memory capacity of the IC recorder is
insufficient. Erase some messages before recording.

FULL (message number
flashes at the same time)
As there are already 99 messages in the current folder, you
cannot record a new message. Erase some messages before
recording.

FULL (folder indicator
flashes at the same time)
As there are already 99 messages in the folder to which you
want to move a message, you cannot move the message. Erase
some messages before moving.

SET DATE Set the clock; otherwise, you cannot set the alarm.

NO DATA The selected folder does not have any messages. You cannot
lock a message, erase a message(s) or set the alarm, etc.

PRE SET You set the alarm when you have already set it previously.
Check the setting and set the appropriate date and time.

BACK-D You set the alarm when the time has already passed. Check the
setting and set the appropriate date and time.

You selected a message that has been locked. You cannot add
a new message to it, cannot orverwrite it, and cannot erase it.
Set “LOCK” to “OFF” in the menu before erasing the message.

NO EDIT The selected message is not the one that was recorded using
the IC recorder. You cannot divide it, add a recording to it, or
overwrite it, etc.

