Problem Presumable cause  Suggested solution
Unable to register, connect,
or call.
l The mobile phone does not support HFP (Hands Free
Profile).
 A mobile phone that does not support HFP cannot
be registered.
 With some models, registration is possible even
if HFP is not supported, but a connection is not
possible if HFP is not supported.
l The mobile phone is not registered on the unit.
 Connecting and calling with an unregistered mobile
phone is not possible. Register the mobile phone
on the unit.
l The mobile phone is not connected.
 Calling is not possible if the mobile phone is not
connected to the unit. Connect the mobile phone to
the unit.
Picture Viewer
Problem Presumable cause  Suggested solution
A picture cannot be played.
l An attempt was made to play a file of a format that
cannot be played by the unit.
 Confirm the file format of the picture.
Product servicing
If the suggestions in the charts do not solve the problem, we recommend that you take it to your
nearest authorized Panasonic service centre. The product should be serviced only by a qualified
technician.
Replacing the Fuse
Use fuses of the same specified rating (2 A). Using different substitutes or fuses with higher rating, or
connecting the product directly without a fuse, could cause fire or damage to this unit.
Consult your dealer or your nearest Panasonic service centre.
