Clean: Daily
Lift grease chute up and off..
Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in the
3-compartment sink.

Lift grease bucket off bracket.
If used with a garbage bag liner, remove liner and
throw in trash.
If no liner, dump bucket into trash can.
Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
Wash with a scrub pad, rinse and sanitize in the 3-
compartment sink.
