Specifying Settings (for Mac OS X)

From the [File] menu, select [Print].

Select [Security].

Specify settings for the following:
Print: Specifies conditions for [Secure Print] and [Box Hold].
Secure Print: Enters ID and password when [Secure Print] is selected
in [Output Method]. Enter the ID and password on this machine’s con-
trol panel when printing. (Up to 100 documents)
Save in User Box: Enters file name and box number when [Save in User
Box] or [Save in User Box and Print] is selected in [Output Method].
Proof and Print: After part of the document has been printed, this ma-
chine stops printing temporarily. Select to avoid misprinting a large vol-
ume of print jobs.
