6.4 Specifying the Special Functions Tab Settings
Printing the Document Number
Each document is numbered when printed.

Click the Special Functions tab.

Select the [Distribution Number Stamping] check box.

Set each item as follows.
– Pages to Print
Select either [All Pages] or [1st Page Only] as the page to be printed
with a number.
– Starting Number
Set the number starting figure.

Note
[Distribution Number Stamping] can be used only when the [Collate] in
the [Setup] tab has been set.
Printer HDD should have been set with the Option tab for the “Distribution
Number Stamping”.
