Using the address book for transmission

Load the document, and press <Fax>.
% For details on loading documents, refer to page 2-31.

Set the resolution and contrast as necessary.

Specify the destination.
% If you loaded the document in the ADF, this concludes the
procedure.
% If you loaded the document on the document glass, load
the next document, and press [Next Doc]. Press [Tx Start]
to start transmission.

3.3.2 Canceling faxes
This section describes the procedure for canceling faxes that are being transmitted. For details on canceling
faxes reserved with delayed transmission, etc., refer to Chapter 4, "Canceling / Checking Faxes" in the User’s
Guide Scan and Fax Operations.

Press <Job Confirm. ) Fax Cancel>.
% The information for the current document is displayed.

If you want to cancel the current trasmission, press [Delete],
and proceed to step 5.
% When performing broadcast transmission, "Broadcast" is
displayed on the screen. To individually check or delete
destinations for the broadcast, proceed to step 3.
% Transmission will not be canceled if you press [Close]. The
display switches to the Fax Ready screen.

Press [Detail].

Select the destination you want to cancel, and press [Delete].
% If you do not want to cancel a destination, press [Close].
This ends the procedure.
% You can select multiple destinations.

Press [Close].
