Specifying the File Format
Data can be routed in the following file formats.
In addition, there are settings for specifying how much of the saved data is
converted.
The encryption level can be selected if “File Type” was set to “PDF”. Settings
can be specified for the following.
Format Description
PDF Sends data in the PDF format.
TIFF Sends data in the TIFF format.
Setting Description
Single Page A single file is created for each page of the document.
Multi-Page A single file is created from the entire document.
Item Description
Encryption Level Select the encryption level.
Password Enter the password necessary to open encrypted data. Type
in a password of 32 characters or less. For confirmation, type
in the password twice.
Permissions Enter the password necessary to change document permis-
sions. Type in a password of 32 characters or less. For confir-
mation, type in the password twice.
