To change the file name, touch [File Name], type in the name of the file,
and then touch [OK].

To change the subject of the e-mail message, touch [Subject], and then
select the desired subject from the list of programmed titles.

To change the sender’s e-mail address, touch [From], and then specify
the address. Normally, the address is the administrator’s e-mail ad-
dress; however, this address can be changed.
– If Changing the “From” Address from [Administrator Setting] - [Sys-
tem Setting] - [Restrict User Access] - [Restrict Access to job Set-
ting] is specified as restricted, direct input cannot be performed.
