Displayed Information
The following information is displayed on the RX/User Box tab of the Job List
screen.
Item Description
No. Displays the job ID number that is assigned when a job is
registered.
User Name Displays [User Name] while user authentication is done, and
displays [Account Name] while account track is done.
Displays the registration source such as COPY, SCAN, FAX-
RX, etc. in the cases other than the above.
Status (only on the Current
Jobs list) Displays the job status.
Document Name Displays the document name that was received or stored.
Time Stored Displays the time when the job was registered.
# of Pgs. Displays the number of pages of the original.
Result (only on the Job History
list) Displays the execution result of the job.
