Setting the bulletin board
The FK-102 is provided with the feature of transmission/reception by polling with bulletin board
that utilizes the F-code. The bulletin board number and name must be defined before you can use
the bulletin board.
The procedures of registering, changing and deleting the bulletin board are described below.
• Bulletin board No.:.............. 20 boxes are available for bulletin boards and confidential com-
munication. Designate a box number 001-020.
• Name:................................. Name the bulletin board with a string of up to 10 bytes.

The information defined should be given to the station (FAX) that will receive information
by polling in the bulletin board.

Registering the bulletin board
The procedure for registering a bulletin board is as follows.
1.
Press [FAX] to display the FAX Basic screen if it is not
already displayed.
2.
Select Telbook and press ENTRY.
3.
Press Bulletin Regi/edit.
Originating station
Sends information by polling
from a bulletin board.
Receiving station
l Receives the document by polling
by specifying the bulletin board.
The document that is to be trans-
mitted by polling should be held in
the bulletin board. The bulletin board number should be
specified to receiving by polling.
