Remove the cap attached to the
side of the waste toner bottle,
and then attach it at the position
shown in the illustration.

Dispose of the waste toner bot-
tle.
Note
Dispose of the used waste toner bottle according to your local
regulations. Do not burn the waste toner bottle.

Prepare a new waste toner bottle.

Before installing the waste toner bottle, be sure that the dial on the
waste toner bottle is unlocked.

Slide the waste toner bottle all
the way into the printer.
