Disabling or enabling wireless devices

Fn + F8 is a hotkey which allows you to control (enable or disable) wireless

devices on the computer.
The wireless modes are:

Enable all Devices: Enables the Wi-Fi

®

, Bluetooth

and Wireless WAN

modules.

Disable all Devices: Disables the Wi-Fi

®

, Bluetooth

and Wireless WAN

modules.

Enable or Disable Wi-Fi

®

: Enables or disables just the Wi-Fi

®

module.

Enable or Disable Bluetooth

: Enables or disables just the Bluetooth

module.

Enable or Disable Wireless WAN: Enables or disables just the Wireless

WAN module.

Enabling GPS

Your system may include built-in GPS (Global Positioning System)

functionality.
To enable and use GPS, you must do the following procedures.

Please make sure that the Wireless communication switch is turned on.

Insert a SIM card into the SIM card slot.

Go to the View menu in the TOSHIBA Wireless Manager and select

GPS. Then click GPS ON in the window.

Use (Install) a MAPPING software to view the location on the MAP.

This hotkey is available only when the Wireless communication is set to

enabled in BIOS setup.

Please note that the GPS function may not be supported depending on

the model you purchased.

The performance of GPS will vary depending on the environment.

There may be times when a location cannot be determined.
