Dialling Operations
One Touch Dialling
1 Insert the document face
down in the Automatic
Document Feeder.
2 Press One Touch key
where you want to call.
3 Press Fax Start.
Speed Dialling
1 Insert the document face
down in the Automatic
Document Feeder.
2 Press Search/Mute, then
press # and the two-digit
Speed Dial number.
3 Press Fax Start.
Search
1 Insert the document face
down in the Automatic
Document Feeder.
2 Press Search/Mute, and
then enter the first letter of
the name you are looking
for.
3 Press or to search
the memory.
4 Press Fax Start, when the
LCD shows the name you
want to call.
Making Copies
Making a Single Copy
1 Insert the document face
down in the Automatic
Document Feeder.
2 Press Copy/Reports twice.
Sorting Multiple Copies
1 Insert the document face
down in the Automatic
Document Feeder.
2 Press Copy/Reports.
3 Enter the number of copies
you want (up to 99).
4 Press Menu/Set.
5 Press or to select
SORT , and then press
Copy/Reports.
