4. Click Settings for the port.
5. In the Communications Port Settings dialog that appears set the
bits per second, data bits, parity, stop bits and flow control if they
need to be changed from the default values.

6. If you change any parameters the OK button will become available.
Click OK to accept the changes.
7. Click Advanced . The Advanced Setting dialog will appear.
