W ELCOME
This Quick Start Guide provides installation
instructions for your CD-ReWriter with a stan-
dard computer setup. Basic installation consists
of the following steps: Setting the Jumpers;
Installing the IDE Drive; and Installing the
Software.
For details on product safety, registration, war-
ranty, and service, refer to the other literature
included with your CD-ReWriter. Refer to the
separate owner’s manual for basic operation,
troubleshooting, and specifications. Keep all
these materials available for future reference.
Unless you are using an IBM/AT compatible
computer, all internal drives in this series will
not be compatible with your system.
