6.4.1 View the contact list
In idle mode:
Press to enter the contact list.
Scroll to the contact you want. If you want to
view the profile of the contact, continue to
step 3.
Press .
Scroll to View Profile. Press

• The profile is displayed.
Search a contact by scrolling
While at the contact list, press
(Up or Down)
to scroll.
Search a contact by entring initial letter
While at the contact list, press the digit key that
contains the character that you want to search.
For example, you want to search a contact
starting with N. Press [6] twice, all contacts
starting with N displays in alphabetical order.

To call from the contact list, see “Call from the
contact list”, page 18.
6.5 Find a Skype user
You can search for a Skype user that is not on
your contact list. After finding the user, you can
make a call, view the profile or add the user to
your contact list.
In idle mode:
Press .
Scroll to Search. Press
.
Enter the Skype name or full name of the
Skype user. Press
.
• A list of matching names is displayed.
Scroll to the user you want, and press
for more functions.
6.6 Add a contact
Note
If your contact list is full, a notification displays.
Delete unnecessary contact before adding new
ones.
6.6.1 Add a Skype contact
In idle mode:
Press .
Scroll to Add Contact. Press
.
Scroll to Skype. Press .
Enter the Skype name or full name of the
Skype user. Press
.
• A list of matching names is displayed.
Scroll to the contact you want. Press
.
Scroll to Add to contact. Press .
Edit the request details if you want and press
.
• The new contact will be added after the user
accepts your request.
6.6.2 Add a SkypeOut contact
In idle mode:
Press .
Scroll to Add Contact. Press
.
Scroll to SkypeOut. Press .
Enter the name of the SkypeOut user. Press
.
• A list of matching names is displayed.
Enter the number in this format (+,
international calling code, area code, and the
phone number).
Press .
• The new contact is saved.
Note
Contacts with identical numbers cannot be saved.
6.7 Manage your contacts
You can rename, block or remove each contact
on your contact list.
6.7.1 Rename a contact
You can change the display name of a contact.
Select the contact on your contact list and
press .
Scroll to Rename. Press
.
Edit the name. Use to make
corrections.
