Accessing Additional Commands

Some additional iPod nano commands can be accessed directly from the Now Playing
screen and some menus.

To access additional commands:

Press and hold the Center button until a menu appears, select a command, and then
press the Center button again.

If a menu doesn’t appear, no additional commands are available.

Using Genius on iPod nano

Even when iPod nano isn’t connected to your computer, Genius can automatically
create instant playlists of songs that go great together. You can also play Genius Mixes,
which are pre-selected compilations of songs that go great together. To use Genius,
you need to set up Genius in the iTunes Store, and then sync iPod nano to iTunes.
You can also create Genius playlists in iTunes and add them to iPod nano, and you can
sync Genius Mixes to iPod nano.

To learn how to set up Genius in iTunes, open iTunes and choose Help > iTunes Help.
Genius is a free service, but you need an iTunes Store account to use it.
