3.7. Ringing Check
To check whether your telephone set rings:
Pick up the handset and wait until you can hear the internal
dialing tone (————)
With a tone telephone set:
Dial ‘#97’.
With a pulse telephone set:
Dial ‘797’.
Further, in either case:
Listen to the service performing message.
Hang up.
Your telephone set starts ringing for check.
Pick up your handset.
Hang up. The ringing check will be terminated.
