Training to filter Spam e-mails.
Run Outlook Express and forward all spam e-mails in inbox as attachment.
Select all spam e-mails and right-click them, then move to Forward as attachment and
click it. (Figure 6-56)

New Message
window, type [email protected] in the To field, Spam in the
Subject
field and leave Body blank, and then click Send. (Figure 6-57)
