Step3. Select Mail Archive / Audit Æ Audit, and then set as below:
„ Click New Entry .
„ Type “Mail_Deletion” in the Rule Name field.
„ Type “Delete Mail” in the Comments field.
„ Tick Archive Mail .
„ Select “Or” for Combination.
„ Select “Delete” for Action.
„ Select “From” for Item, “Contains” for Condition and then type “hotmail” as Pattern.
„ Click Next Row .
„ In the second row, select “To” for Item, “Contains” for Condition and then type “hotmail”
as Pattern. (Figure 7-7)
„ Click OK . (Figure 7-8)
