How to mount the filter:
1. Read the chapter "Mechanical installation" in the documentation of the basic
device. Read up particularly on ...
– Precautionary measures while mounting
– Hitching points of transport eye bolts on the standard device
2. Mount 6 fixing brackets
0 with two screws and spring washers each to the filter (4
fixing brackets taken from the filter scope of supply, 2 fixing brackets taken from the
standard device scope of supply).
– Observe tightening torque.
3. Mount the eye bolts for the limit stop of the lifting device to the standard device and
to the filter if this has not been done yet.
4. Put the standard device on the horizontally lying filter using an appropriate lifting
device and mount it by means of eight screws and spring washers (
1, standard
device scope of supply).
– Observe tightening torque.
5. Prepare the mounting plate as shown in the drilling pattern.
6. Lift the standard device and the filter using the lifting device and mount them to the
mounting plate.
