Note!
An additional mains isolation is required, if

a 820X or 821X controller is connected to a host and
l
a safe mains isolation (double basic insulation) is required according to
VDE 0160.
For this, it is, for instance, possible to use an interface module which
provides an additional mains isolation (see corresponding manufacturer’s
data).
For wiring, the electrical isolation of the supply voltage must be taken into
account.
