6.6.4 Counting only once: No main counting direction
Function:
 The counter starts counting up or down only once within a defined counting range.
 In the case of an overflow / underflow of the counting limit values, the counter jumps
to the respective other counting limit value and the counter will stop automatically. A
process alarm is triggered provided that it has been enabled.
 "Pause" gate function: The counting process is continued with the current counter
content.
 "Cancel" gate function: The counter starts with the start value.
