2.6. To edit the Up/Down control and Repeat Rate:
1. Tap > Settings > Personal > Buttons > Up/Down Control.
2. Drag the slider next to the appropriate option to change the setting.
3. Tap OK to save.
2.7. Backlight Settings
1. Tap > Settings > System > Backlight.
2. Customize the following settings:
3. Select the time for the backlight to turn off if the device is not in use.
4. Enable or disable the backlight when a button is pressed or the screen is tapped.
5. Tap OK to save and exit.
