Change function Increase the follow-up time in stages

Change the basic settings - Setting level 3
LED I changes to the next colour:
- Level 1 green 5 min
- Level 2 red 10 min
- Level 3 blue 15 min
- Level 4 turquoise 20 min
- Level 5 magenta 25 min
- Level 6 orange 30 min
Change function Reduce follow-up time in stages
Briefly press key II LED I changes to the next colour
