Step 5: Remove the
Existing Bimetal Thermostat

Remove the two screws that secure the thermostat to the drive heat sink and
remove the thermostat and connected wires from the drive.

Step 6: Install the New
Bimetal Thermostat

• Install the Bimetal Thermostat in reverse order of removal as detailed in

Step 5:

Remove the Existing Bimetal Thermostat

above.

Important: Thermal grease must be applied to the bottom of the Bimetal

Thermostat before securing it to the heatsink.

Step 7: Install the Pulse
Transformer Board and
Switching Power Supply
Board

• Install the Pulse Transformer board and Switching Power Supply board

in reverse order of removal as detailed in Step 4:

Remove the Pulse

Transformer and Switching Power Supply Boards on page 5

Step 8: Install the Control
EMI Shield and Control
Board

• Install the Control EMI Shield and Control board in reverse order of

removal as detailed in Step 3:

Remove the Control EMI Shield and

Control Board on page 4

.

Remove screws

ATTENTION: Each gate lead cable must be connected to the
exact connector from which it was removed on the Pulse
Transformer circuit board or damage to the drive may occur.
