Add Block
General Description – The Add block (Figure 3–7) sums up to three
external values (parameters 508, 510, 512) and one offset value (parameter
514) to obtain a result. Each external input has a scale factor (parameters
509, 511, 513) that is independently programmable. The output (Par 318)
can be linked to other Drive parameters or used by other MCA function
blocks. The Overflow Control parameter (parameter 517) determines the
fault type and action taken when an overflow condition occurs.
