4) Right-click on My Computer to display the My Computer Properties, select
the Default Properties tab.
5) Do the following:
Put a tick in the box labelled Enable Distributed COM on this computer.
Set the Default Authentication Level to None.
Set the Default Impersonation Level to Identify.

Select the COM Security tab.
Go to the Access Permissions area, click Edit Default.
