Spare part For this step you need a new piston seal (6.2741.020).
Replacing the piston seal

1 Removing the piston cartridge
Loosen the piston cartridge (18-9) using the adjustable wrench and
then unscrew it from the pump head by hand. Place it off to the side.
2 Removing the backup ring
Shake the backup ring (18-4) out of the piston opening. Place it off
to the side.
