Using the Quick-Scan/Reports Key

Press Quick-Scan/Reports, press

to select the report you want, and then

press Menu/Set.

Seven reports are available:

Prints the Menu Table and programming
instructions so you can see at-a-glance how to
quickly program every menu selection.

Lists names and numbers stored in One Touch
and Speed Dial memory, in numerical order.

Lists information about the last 30 incoming
and outgoing faxes. TX means Transmit; RX
means Receive.

Prints a Transmission Verification Report for
your last transmission. This information will
remain until you pick up the handset or press
Hook.

Prints the AUTO DIAL list (above) alphabetically.

Lists settings for

INITIAL SETUP

,

SETUP

RECEIVE

,

SETUP SEND

,

SETUP

REPORTS

and

TEL SERVICE

.

Lists summary information of stored faxes and
the percentage of used memory.

Note

When you want to print a report, remove all paper from the ADF.

Note

Don’t forget to set up the Fax Activity Report and Transmission Verification
Report as explained on page 11-1.
