9. Advanced Faxing
Broadcast Transmission( Broadcast Tx)
You can fax the same document to multiple receivers. Max. 200 receivers can be assigned.
Broadcast Tx is automatically On when more than two receivers are registered the list.
1 Place the document on the flatbed or ADF.Make sure to check if there is any document in the ADF before
sending the document from the flatbed.
2 Press 【FAX】 on the home screen to switch to FAX mode.
3 Set up the functions upon necessity.
Basic Faxing (P. 3-43)
4 Enter the receiver`s Fax number and press [Add Number] button to enter additional numbers.
Number Pad (Direct Input)
- You can enter up to 40 digits.
- If a wrong number is entered, press 【 】 button shortly to remove the number one by one.
- Using 【Pause/Redial】 button, you can add the“ Pause”.
Speed Dialing
① 【Speed Dial】
- To enter Speed dial numbers directly, press # and enter 3 digit dial numbers.(001~200)
② Address Book
- Press 【Speed Dial】 to move to the address book.
- Select the wanted number from the address book, and then press 【OK】. Adding, changing or delet-
ing in the address book can be possible only in [Address Book] from the home screen.
- Enter additional numbers using the above method.
6 Press 【 】 button to start to fax.
