▷ Engage transmission position P, apply the
parking brake, and switch off the ignition.
▷ Do not touch any orange colored high-volt‐
age cables and connectors, or high-voltage
components. Otherwise, there is the risk of
fatal injury from electric shock.
▷ Lock the vehicle after exiting.
▷ Do not inhale any gases escaping from the
high-voltage battery, if necessary keep a
distance to the vehicle.
▷ Do not touch any fluids escaping from the
high-voltage battery, or the skin can sustain
chemical burns.
