Disconnect the control panel cable from the control panel connector.

Disconnect the front-panel cable from the connector on the system

board.

Remove all cables that are connected to the front I/O panel.

From inside the chassis cover, remove the mounting screw that secures

the front I/O panel to the chassis.

Remove the front I/O panel from the chassis.

Replacing the I/O Panel

To replace the front I/O panel, perform the

removal procedures

in reverse,

ensuring that the upright, notched tab on the chassis fits through the hole
at the end of the control panel.
