Standard Settings
The system setup program contains the standard settings for your computer.
System Setup Program Pages
The system setup program pages display the current setup information and settings for your computer. You can change settings that appear as white type on
the screen.
l Page 1 displays system information.
l Page 2 displays boot configuration and dock configuration settings.
l Page 3 displays basic device configuration settings.
l Page 4 displays battery charge status.
l Page 5 displays power management settings.
l Page 6 displays system security and hard drive password settings.
Viewing the System Setup Program Pages
1. Turn on (or restart) your computer.
2. When the Dell™ logo appears, press <F2> immediately.
If you wait too long and the Windows® logo appears, continue to wait until you see the Windows desktop. Then shut down your computer and try
again.
