For Macintosh users

With a document open, choose File > Page Setup.

From the Page Setup dialog, set the printer, paper size, and orientation.

Click OK.

From the menu bar, choose File > Print.

From the Printer pop-up menu, choose your printer.

From the print options pop-up menu, choose Paper Handling.

From the Print or “Pages to Print” pop-up menu, choose to print the odd-numbered pages.

Click Print.

Flip and reload the paper.

Repeat steps 4 through 6.

From the Print or “Pages to Print” pop-up menu, choose to print the even-numbered pages.

Click Print.

Setting your printer as the default printer
Your printer should be selected automatically from the Print dialog when you send a print job. If you have to manually
select your printer, then it is not the default printer.
To set the default printer:
