Replacing the Display Panel
Follow the instructions in “Before You Begin” on page 1. 6.
Connect the AlienHead cable to the connector. 2.
NOTE: Use a dry, lint-free, soft cloth while removing or replacing the
display panel, to avoid smudging the display panel.
Replace the display panel and slide the display panel towards the top of the 3.
display back cover.
Replace the seven screws that secure the display panel to the display back 4.
cover.
Replace the display hinge cover (see “Replacing the Display Hinge Cover” on 5.
page 76).
Replace the display assembly (see “Replacing the Display Assembly” on 6.
page 75).
Disconnect the AlienHead cable connector and lift the display panel off the 7.
display back cover.
