Using Your Studio XPS Desktop
1 Media Card Reader — Provides a fast
and convenient way to view and share
digital photos, music, and videos stored
on a media card.
2 Optical drive — Plays or records only
standard‑size (12 cm) CDs, DVDs, and
Blu‑ray Discs (optional).
3 Optional optical drive bay — Can
support an additional optical drive.

USB 3.0 connector (optional) —
Connects to USB 3.0‑compliant devices
such as external hard drives. Also
compatible with USB 2.0 devices.
5 FlexBay slot — Can support an optional
Media Card Reader or an additional hard
drive.
6 FlexBay panel — Covers the FlexBay
slots.
7 Service Tag and Express Service
Code — Used to identify your computer
when you access the Dell Support
website or call technical support.

marked portion on the lower end of the
button to eject the disc tray.
