3. INSTALLING ON THE ENGINE
CAUTION
■ Take care not to damage the screw or anything else when attaching the hose to the engine.
Please do not force tighten the banjo bolt. If you break the screws, you'll have to remove the
engine from the vehicle to fix the problem.
3-1 OUTLET PIPE INSTALLATION
Attach the outlet pipe to the turbocharger.
3-2 TURBO CHARGER INSTALLATION
① Connect the return lines to the Engine Block,
as well as the Turbos Oil return line.
② Attach the exhaust manifolds to the cylinder
head.
③ Connect the Turbocharger to the exhaust
manifold with the nuts.
④ Use the stock hose clamp to stop the oil
from the stock return line. Some vehicles
stock hose is long. So cut to the
appropriate length.
⑤ Fit the Oil and Water return lines.
⑥ Fit the Turbo bracket.
