Turning the ringer on or off
The RING ON/BATT SAVE switch on the cordless handset turns the
ringer on or off.
If you do not want to be disturbed by telephone calls, you can turn
the switch off.

In the RING ON mode the
cordless handset consumes
battery power even when you
are not talking on the cordless
handset.
Move the RING ON/BATT SAVE switch to:
• RING ON to turn the ringer on.
or
• ВАТТ SAVE to turn the ringer off to save battery power.
•This is useful if you use the cordless handset with another
telephone connected to the same line and you can hear the other
telephone ring.
In this setting, the cordless handset will not ring, but you can still
make or receive calls by pressing the TALK button.
