Cleaning the video head
To ensure normal recording and clear pictures, clean the video heads. The video head
may be dirty when:
• mosmc-pattem noise appears on the playback picture.
• playbadc pictures do not move.
• playback pictures are hardly visible.
• playback pictures do not appear.
• the O indicator and "A CLEANING CASSETTE" message appear one after another
or the O indicator flashes in the viewfinder.
If the above problem,

occurs, dean the video heads with the Sony V8-25CLD
deaning cassette (not supplied). Check the picture and if the above problem persists,
repeat dearung.
