Error Code Description Recommended Action
0401-xx Printer failed or not connected. The following steps apply to 0401-xx through 0403-xx:
0402-xx Printer port test failed. 1. Connect the printer.
0403-xx Printer pattern test failed. 2. Check power to the printer.
3. Install the loop-back connector and retest.
4. Replace system board and retest.
