Function: Returns an equivalent rectangular form [

Syntax: toRect (Mat [,natural number] [ ) ]

• This command can be used with a 1

s N or N s 1 matrix only (N = 2, 3).

• This command returns “

• This command returns a rectangular form when you omit “natural number”.

Example: To transform the polar form [ 2 ,

(P/4)] into an equivalent rectangular form

(in the Radian mode)
