Function: Returns an equivalent cylindrical form [ r  Q z ].
Syntax: toCyl (Mat [,natural number] [ ) ]
• This command can be used with a 1 s 3 or 3 s 1 matrix only.
• This command returns “ r ” when “natural number” is 1, “ Q
and “ z ” when “natural number” is 3.
• This command returns a cylindrical form when you omit “natural number”.
Example: To transform the rectangular form [1, 1, 1] into an equivalent cylindrical form
(in the Radian mode)
