Doublet or sequence of non-dominant complexes
Say: “doublets of multiform premature ventricular complexes”
or
“sequence of multiform premature ventricular complexes”
if: more than one type of non-dominant consecutive complexes is present
Say:
“doublets of supraventricular escapes with aberrant ventricular conduction, cause?”
or
“sequence of supraventricular escapes with aberrant ventricular conduction, cause?
eg SA block? ”
if: one type of non-dominant consecutive complexes is present
and the QRS duration of the non-dominant complexes is

120 ms
and the RR ratio is> 1.2
Say:
“doublets of ventricular escapes, cause?”
or
“sequence of ventricular escapes, cause? eg AV block?”
if: one type of non-dominant consecutive complexes is present
and the QRS duration of the non-dominant complexes is > 120 ms
and the RR ratio > 1.2
Say:
“doublets of aberrantly conducted complexes”
or
“sequence of aberrantly conducted complexes”
if: one type of non-dominant consecutive complexes is present
and the 0.9 < RR ratio is

1.2
Say:
