Before You Begin
Before you begin removing your system from the гаек and eonverting it to a tower version
system, earefully read "Safety Instruetions."
Removing the Rack Doors
See the proeedures for removing doors in the doeumentation provided with your raek
eabinet.
Recommended Tools and Supplies
The following tools are required to perform the eonversion:
•
A #2 Phillips serewdriver
•
A flat-blade serewdriver
•
Torx T-10 driver (for removing and installing the front panels)
Conversion Tasks
Removing a system from the raek and removing the raek mounting hardware from the raek
eabinet ineludes the following tasks:
Removing the raek doors
Removing the eable-management arm and the eable tray
Removing the system from the raek
Removing the eover, bezel, and front panel
Installing the tower left-side trim panel
Installing the tower front panel
Installing the metal feet
Installing the tower front bezel
Removing the slide assemblies
Replaeing the raek doors
